As a private music educator for 15+ years, I've had the joy of instructing students of all ages and seeing them develop their musical chops. One of my passions is cultivating proficient musicianship in worship leaders and musicians of all denominations. Johan Sebastian Bach once commented that he aimed to create "well-regulated church music to the glory of God," and my aim is no less different.

WORSHIP TEAM COACHING

Are you interested in taking your worship team to the next level? Do you desire to be more creative and innovative in your worship services? Are you looking to combine a good balance of spontaneous, prophetic worship with a current, modern sound?

COACHING STEPS

There are many different ways I go about coaching worship teams, but a typical outline looks like this: 

Phase 1 - Meet up with lead pastor(s) to get vision and direction of worship ministry. This meeting helps give me more info about where the worship ministry is and where you'd like it to be. 

Phase 2 - Meet with worship leaders & worship team for a time of impartation and mentoring. These meetings can happen over several different nights. We go over songs, systems, and musical concepts and touch on the spiritual aspects of authentically leading worship. 

Phase 3 (optional) - Celebrate with your church in a night of worship. The accumulation of our time spent together leads to an exciting time of worship at your church. Your worship team will lead alongside me as we encounter God afresh.
